Zajedno do školeDuring the academic year 2015/2016. seventeen children of preschool age from Vodnjan and Pula, who attended the playroom "Morning Flower" in Vodnjan, participated in the project ''Together to School".

Activities were carried out according to plan and program, and the project was co-financed from the funds of the Kingdom of Norway, the National Foundation for Civil Society Development, the Town of Vodnjan and Istria County. In addition to the daily implementation of a six-hour program according to the needs of children, during that period we also copperated with the Town of Vodnjan, Community College, Kindergarten Zvoncica, Kindergarten Peter Pan, the Red Cross Pula, Our Children Association from Vodnjan and Pula, and a town library.

Cooperation with these institutions and the various field trips took place from October to June in this order:

  • 8th September - A visit to the plant nursery "Fitoaroma" (sightseeing, learning about the agriculture)
  • 5th October - "Ex tempore" - painting in the center of Vodnjan with kindergarten "Peter Pan"
  • 10th October - Marking "Sports Day" on the main square in Vodnjan; socializing and sports activities with children from kindergartens Peter Pan and Tinker Bell
  • 9th November - A visit to the city library in Pula with with children from kindergarten Tinker Bell (train ride)
  • 16th December - The play in the Istrian National Theatre Pula "Thumbelina"
  • 4th February - Cooperation with the Red Cross - "Teddy Bear Hospital"
  • 7th February - Masquerade in DND Vodnjan, theme "Smurfs"
  • 25th March - Visit to the Aqvarium in Pula
  • 23rd May - Walk to Kazun in Vodnjan with kindergarten Tinker Bell
  • 13th June - Visit to the St. Hearts in Pula - Exhibition "Visualia"
  • 21st June - A trip to Dino Park in Porec

The implementation of project activities was successfully completed on 30th June 2016.
